Hello my name is suh - nay. Throughout life we go through many transitions that can challenge our sense of identity and self esteem. Many of us experience depression or anxiety. I help clients navigate their life and relationships, with insight and skills, to help them experience the next level of personal growth and development. I believe learning about ones self can help with ones ability to regulate their emotions and interact with others more effectively. Through the lens of a Solution Focused frame I offer clients the opportunity to make and identify realistic and measurable goals that allows them to grow.
